What Are the Wage Levels According to the DOL?

The H-1B employee wages are based on the prevailing wages data collected under Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) Program by DOL based on a location, job title, experience, and few different criteria.
Below are the four H-1B wage levels that are defined by DOL and OES program:

This wage level is for workers who have an abasic understanding of the job. The wages for this level are typically between $38k to $51k salary.
H-1B Wage Level 2 (Qualified):
