Green Card Process: A new set of immigration provisions<\/strong> to be introduced as part of a budget reconciliation bill <\/strong>in the United States could result in a reduction in wait times for Indians<\/strong> in line for permanent residency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suggestions include a set of measures including allowing individuals <\/strong>in the employment green card backlogs<\/strong>. To look for a waiver of the yearly country-cap limitations by paying a super fee of $5000<\/strong> at the time they file their final adjustment of status applications.
