The US has conducted a third H-1B lottery<\/strong> to select more H-1B Cap Cases to reach the numerical cap for fiscal 2022<\/strong>. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services said on Friday <\/strong>that it has determined that it needs to choose additional registrations to reach the FY2022 numerical allocations<\/strong>, including the advanced degree exemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“On 19th Nov 2021<\/strong>, USCIS selected from among previously submitted electronic registrations using a random selection process<\/strong>. The petition filing period based on registrations selected on Nov. 19 will start on 22nd Nov 2021<\/strong>, and close on 23rd Feb 2022<\/strong>. Individuals with selected registrations will have their myUSCIS accounts <\/strong>updated. To include a selection notice, which includes details about when and where to file,\u201d it said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
