H-1B Lottery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not-for-profits related to or affiliated with higher education institutions<\/strong>, institutions of higher education, and nonprofit or governmental research organizations are considered \u201ccap-exempt\u201d employers<\/strong>. They might file petitions and their beneficiaries might start working at any time. In any case, suppose an employer <\/strong>doesn\u2019t fall into one of those categories.
