Also, to increase <strong>Immigration Application Processing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>The new processing timelines goals, as reported by USCIS, are as follows:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Advance Parole (travel document or I-131): 3 months<\/li><li>Petition for a<strong> nonimmigrant worker<\/strong> (I-129): 2 months<\/li><li>Employment Authorization Document (I-765 or EAD): 3 months<\/li><li>Application to change or extend <strong>non-immigrant status<\/strong> (I-539): 3 months<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Other relevant categories will be adjudicated as follows:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Immigrant Petition<\/strong> for Alien Worker (I-140): 6 months<\/li><li>Application for Naturalization (citizenship or N-400): 6 months<\/li><li>Application to Adjust Status to <strong>Permanent Residence<\/strong> (I-485): 6 months<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Immigration Application Processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, USCIS will make premium processing available for <strong>immigrant visa petition<\/strong>s for multinational executives and managers (EB1-C) and National Interest Waiver petitions (EB2-NIW). Premium processing will also be available to extend <strong>nonimmigrant status<\/strong> (I-539), and interim work permits (EAD or I-765). The <strong>premium processing fees<\/strong> for EB-1C and EB-2 NIWs are expected to be <strong>$2,500<\/strong>, with an expedited processing timeline of <strong>45 days<\/strong>. For I-539s, the premium processing fee will be $1,750, with an expedited processing timeline of <strong>30 days<\/strong>. Premium processing will also be phased in and will be made available to EB-1Cs and EB-2 NIWs first, followed by<strong> I-539s and I-765s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, we will closely monitor
