This flexibility applies to candidates and <strong>petitioners <\/strong>responding to any of the following, given from 1st March 2020, through <strong>25th July 2022<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs)<\/li><li>Continuations to request evidence (N-14)<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIRs)<\/li><li>Requests for Evidence (RFEs)<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Rescind<\/li><li>Motions to Reopen an N-400 Pursuant to 8 CFR 335.5, Receipt of Derogatory Information After Grant<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>USCIS Extends Flexibility Through 25.Jul.2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the USCIS will consider a <strong>Form I-290B<\/strong>, Notice of Appeal or Motion, or <strong>Form N-336<\/strong>, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in <strong>Naturalization <\/strong>Proceedings (Under Section 336 of the INA), if in case BOTH of these conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The USCIS made that decision between <strong>1st November 2021<\/strong>, through <strong>25th July 2022<\/strong><\/li><li>The form was filed up to <strong>90 calendar days<\/strong> from the issuance of a decision<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-right\">[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.h1btransfersusa.com\/blog\/interview-waivers-for-certain-conditional-permanent-residents-cpr-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Interview Waivers for Certain Conditional Permanent Residents<\/span><\/a>]<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The USCIS will consider a response to the above requests and notification got within <strong>60 calendar days<\/strong>. After the response, the due date is set in the request or notice before taking a move. USCIS will consider a <strong>form I-290B<\/strong> received up to <strong>90 scheduled days<\/strong>.
