As before, U.S. residents, U.S. nationals, <strong>U.S. lawful permanent residents,<\/strong> and those entering the United States on <strong>immigrant visas <\/strong>do not need to be fully vaccinated. Other non-U.S. citizens, including those entering on<strong> temporary visas <\/strong>(with limited exceptions), should show proof that they are completely vaccinated. A booster dose isn&#8217;t required to meet this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, while no longer needed, <strong>CDC continues<\/strong> suggesting that individuals wear masks in indoor public transportation settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>What to Do After Arrival | COVID-19 Guidance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-U.S. residents, including those entering on <strong>temporary visas<\/strong> who are not completely vaccinated, yet permitted to make a trip to the <strong>United States <\/strong>via air based on an exception, might be required to attest to some or all the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Get tested within <strong>3-5 days<\/strong> after arrival absent documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past<strong> 90 days<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Stay at home or in a hotel room and self-quarantine for an entire <strong>7 days<\/strong>, even if the test is negative, missing documentation of having recovered from <strong>COVID-19 <\/strong>in the beyond 90 days;<\/li><li>Isolate if the test result is positive or symptoms develop; and<\/li><li>Those aiming to stay in the<strong> United States <\/strong>for 60 days or longer should become completely vaccinated within <strong>60 days<\/strong> of arrival, or as soon as medically appropriate.<\/li><li>Follow all state, tribal, local, and <strong>territorial recommendations<\/strong> or requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U.S. residents, U.S. nationals, <strong>U.S. lawful permanent residents<\/strong>, and those entering the United States on immigrant visas as well as <strong>non-U.S. residents<\/strong>, including those entering on<strong> temporary visas<\/strong> who are completely vaccinated yet not up to date with vaccines, i.e., not up to date on boosters, CDC recommends:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Stay home and<strong> self-quarantine<\/strong> for an entire 5 days after travel absent documentation of having recovered from<strong> COVID-19<\/strong> in the beyond 90 days;<\/li><li>Get a viral test<strong> 3-5 days<\/strong> after arrival absent documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the beyond<strong> 90 days<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Self-monitor for symptoms and isolate and get tested if symptoms develop; and<\/li><li>Follow all state, tribal, local, and <strong>territorial recommendations<\/strong> or requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>CDC Issues Further Updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>People who recently recovered from <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> (within the past 90 days), regardless of vaccination status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>No need to test within <strong>3-5 days<\/strong> after arrival;<\/li><li>No need to self-quarantine after arrival;<\/li><li>If symptoms develop after arrival, isolate them right away and get tested;<\/li><li>Continue to isolate until<strong> test results<\/strong> are available; and<\/li><li>Wear a well-fitting mask around others.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-right\">[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.h1btransfersusa.com\/blog\/notifying-uscis-of-change-in-address\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Notifying USCIS of Change in Address<\/span><\/a>]<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any remaining travelers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Get a <strong>viral test<\/strong> 3-5 days after arrival;<\/li><li>Self-monitor for symptoms and isolate and get tested if symptoms develop; and<\/li><li>Follow all state, tribal, local, and territorial recommendations or requirements.<\/li><li>Coronavirus <strong>travel requirements <\/strong>and recommendations can change whenever due to<strong> changing circumstances<\/strong>.
