The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS<\/strong>) recently announced that it has gotten sufficient filings to reach the cap for the additional H2B Cap (visas) <\/strong>made available to returning workers. The leftover 11,500 visas <\/strong>were reserved for workers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Haiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petitioners whose workers were not chosen for the 23,500 returning worker <\/strong>allotment have the option to refile for nationals. From El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Haiti while visas for that allotment stay available.
