This adaptability applies to candidates and petitioners responding to any of the following, gave from 1st March 2020, through <strong>31st March 2021<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Notices of Intent to Deny<\/li><li>Continuations to request evidence (N-14)<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Revoke<\/li><li>Requests for evidence<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Rescind<\/li><li>Motions to Reopen an N-400 Pursuant to 8 CFR 335.5, Receipt of Derogatory Information After Grant<\/li><li>Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will consider a <strong>Form I-290B<\/strong>, Notice of Appeal or Motion, or <strong>Form N-336<\/strong>, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings (Under <strong>Section 336<\/strong> of the INA), if:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The form was filed up to <strong>60 calendar days<\/strong> from the issuance of a decision we made; and&nbsp;<\/li><li>The USCIS made that decision whenever from <strong>March 1, 2020<\/strong>, through 31st March 2021.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-right\">[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.h1btransfersusa.com\/blog\/trump-admins-final-wage-rules-will-not-apply-for-upcoming-h-1b-filing-season\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Wage hike rule of Trump admin under review, will not apply to upcoming H-1B filing season<\/span><\/a>]<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The USCIS will consider a response to the above requests and <strong>notification <\/strong>received within <strong>60 calendar days<\/strong>. After the response due date set in the request or notice before taking action. USCIS will consider a <strong>form I-290B<\/strong> got up to 60 schedule days from the date of the decision before it makes any action.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U.S.
