Also,<strong> foreign workers<\/strong> expected to begin on October 1 (and not a day later) or the <strong>US employer <\/strong>had to misrepresent the intended employment start date by \u201cback-dating\u201d the <strong>petition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Seven businesses drop H-1B lawsuit against US federal agency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cArbitrary rejections confine<strong> business immigration <\/strong>in the US.
