Every year, the US issues 85,000<\/strong> new H-1B visas<\/strong> for workers in high-skill roles. This year, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS<\/strong>) manages the visa process. Said it got more than 300,000 applications for H-1B visas <\/strong>for the next fiscal beginning October 2022<\/strong>. Over two-thirds of these are normally awarded to Indian nationals. Also, it says that the cap registration rules are arbitrary and not as per the law. It looks for that the H-1B cap registration<\/strong> and selection to be executed. In a way that it complies with the INA and limit registrations to one for each candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
