FY 2024 H-1B Registrations: According to a notice issued by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the initial registration period for the fiscal year 2024 H-1B cap will start at noon Eastern Time (ET) on 1st March 2023 and run through noon Eastern on 17th March 2023. Utilizing our online H-1B registration system, prospective petitioners and representatives will be able to complete and submit their registrations during this period.

For the FY 2024 H-1B cap, USCIS will assign a confirmation number to each submitted registration. This number is solely utilized for registration tracking; This number cannot be used to monitor your case status in Case Status Online.
